HELLLLLLLP!!!

My iPod is out of commission. NOOOOOOO!

Actually, the hold switch, which I never use, is stuck on hold! The switch moves, but it’s like it’s loose underneath and it’s locked even to me. I’ve tried restoring it with iTunes and it still doesn’t work!

I did not purchase it, it was a contest prize from my wife’s employer, so I’m not sure if the warranty will be valid… if I can even find the box!
